My 20-year-old A/C unit was not blowing cool air. When I called Contact Air Balancing, they came out the same day. Chris was informative and made sure that I knew all my options. Chris did maintenance on both units. After a week, I decided to replace my downstairs unit due to its age and how much it is used. The new unit that Chris and Jordan installed is amazing. They were at my house a little before my appointment began and despite the large job it was, they were done quickly (still took most of the day). The Goodman unit that was installed is so quiet that even sitting outside, you can't hear that it's running.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Constant Air & Balancing Services. When my AC went out, they responded quickly and had a technician (Chris) at my home within hours on a weekend.

Chris was incredibly friendly and professional, taking time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. He could've sold me on replacing the entire AC unit, but he suggested just replacing the motor for now to help me save on cost. The repair was completed very quickly.
